Our Local Newspaper goes online, really

Now the entire world can enjoy our local news 24 hours a day, seven days a week. A new beefed-up format for TimesObserver.com features original material only available online in the form of blogs by local reporters at this link.

Although an online version of the Warren paper has been on the web for many years, this is the first time the production has been much more than just a tease to subscribe or buy the publication. The most salient aspect of the new web pages is the insertion of humor by bloggers Eric Paddock, Brian Ferry, and Tom Schultz. Now if only we could get the entire county on high-speed internet. People don't know what they are missing.

The bloggers mentioned above are joined by reminisces and memoirs supplied by Senior Reporter Chuck Hayes and newcomer Lydia Cottrell.
